Hi. I have had the Unihertz Atom phone for about 2 years now and i've been using it as my running phone which means that i'm not carrying my larger smartphone with me every time i go out for a run. The atom does everything that any other smartphone does it's just a little small and fiddly if you have larger fingers. The benefit for when I'm out with a run I can stick it in a pocket or ln a pouch your my waist band and it doesn't get in the way. I can still listen to my music or a podcast or a radio station, I have an emergency phone should something to wrong and I can even use maps it I need to.

As someone who has used this phone for a little while my advice would be keep the front screen simple have the shortcuts you need and set up your emergency contact as a shortcut on the front page as well just in case.
