I have owned and used the Race Ultra 10 Boa for a few years now and I think it is one of the bast backpack you can buy.

It does however mean that the shoulders are taking the weight of the pack (not that trail runners carry a heavily laden pack), rather than the hips as would happen with a correctly fitted and adjusted conventual backpack.
